Guarantee Disclaimer – Madscope Marketing

We offer a performance-based guarantee of 50 student opportunities (i.e., students that walk into your school) within 90 days. To qualify for this guarantee, the client agrees to pay the monthly service fee and cover all ad spend at the start of each month for the full 90-day period.

If Madscope Marketing fails to deliver 50 student opportunities within that timeframe, we will waive our service fee each month thereafter until the target is met. Once the 50 opportunities have been delivered, regular billing resumes.

This guarantee is contingent on the client’s full cooperation and adherence to agreed-upon setup and scheduling terms. If the client creates limitations that interfere with delivery—such as limited class availability, restricted hours, or slow response times—the guarantee may be voided.
